Workout: 8 Family Friendly Pilates Exercises

Here is a work out you can try with the whole family!

Repeat 1-3 times depending on how bad your cabin fever is!


  1. The Hundred 1 – 100 counts
  2. Roll Ups x 10
  3. Roll Over x 10 (Stick with Hip Lifts as shown in video unless you are advanced!)
  4. Plank – 1 minute
  5. Teaser x 20
  6. Glute Bridge x 30
  7. Plank – 1 minute
  8. Wall Sit – 1 minute
