Workout: 10 Challenging Pilates Exercises

Hello! I hope your week is off to a great start! I’ve put together a quick but challenging workout of 10 Pilates Exercises.

  1. The Hundred
  2. The Roll Up
  3. Half Roll Down with Obliques (aka “the reverse shopping cart”)
  4. Straight Arm Plank to Side Plank, change it up by trying Star variations with the top arm and leg
  5. Swimming
  6. Press Ups or One Arm Side Press Ups
  7. Neck Pull
  8. Side Kicks
  9. Teaser
  10. Super Challenging: Teaser
