One of my all time favorite snacks on their own or as salad toppers: Roasted Chick Peas!
- Preheat oven to 400
- Pat chick peas dry (from can or from soaking)
- Spread chick peas out on a cookie tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper
- Shake tray to coat
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, shake tray to ensure all sides brown
