Roasted Chickpeas

Recipe: Roasted Chick Peas


One of my all time favorite snacks on their own or as salad toppers: Roasted Chick Peas!

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Pat chick peas dry (from can or from soaking)
  3. Spread chick peas out on a cookie tray and drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper
  4. Shake tray to coat
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, shake tray to ensure all sides brown

Enjoy! Ps- you can change it up with other seasonings!
